Soaring Food Group, is a family-owned and operated company founded by U.C. Berkeley graduates, Joseph G. Cook, an airport concessionaire with 20 years experience operating quick service restaurants in the East Bay Area, CA and local airports and, his wife, Nicole, a Human Resource and Labor Relations professional, who joined the team in 2009.
